This page is maintained by containers4you to answer common questions about how we handle your information and the security practices behind this site. It is editable project content, not an independent certification or audit.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact or quote form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone (optional), delivery location, service of interest, and your message. We use this information only to respond to your request and arrange container sales, rentals, and delivery.
We do not sell your contact information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How it's stored
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in our managed backend database. Access to submission data is restricted to authenticated administrators of containers4you; the public site cannot read prior submissions.
Administrative access requires a unique email and password and is gated by server-side role checks on every request.
How we contact you
When you submit the form, our team receives a notification email so we can follow up. Notification emails come from our verified sending domain (notify.shippingcontainers4you.net). You can reply directly to any message we send, or reach us at sales@shippingcontainers4you.net.
Operational emails include an unsubscribe link. Following that link removes your address from future non-essential sends.
Platform
Hosting and infrastructure
This site runs on the Lovable platform with a managed Postgres database, server-side authentication, and row-level security policies on data tables. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Lovable provides the underlying platform capabilities described above. containers4you is responsible for the application content, configuration, and how submitted information is used.
Subprocessors
Third parties we use
We rely on a small set of service providers to operate this site: our hosting and database platform (Lovable / Supabase) and our transactional email provider used to deliver contact notifications. These providers process limited data strictly to deliver their service to us.
Your choices
Requests and deletion
If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or want us to delete your submission and contact details, email sales@shippingcontainers4you.net from the address you used to contact us and we will process the request.

Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue with this site, please email sales@shippingcontainers4you.net with a clear description and steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure.
